Help Us to Help You
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
- Please make an appointment if possible. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins
without compromising service to those who have appointments.
- Prescribing medications over the phone without seeing a patient is a dangerous, substandard
practice that jeopardizes the health of the patient. Please do not ask us to do this in the case
of suspected illness or infection.
- Please anticipate the need for prescription renewals. Same day renewals can be disruptive,
especially when a repeat exam is needed.
- We appreciate your providing us with your child's immunization record in order to keep current
information on file.
- Returning telephone calls is a challenge in the course of a busy day. We ask for your patience
and will make every attempt to return your call on the same day received. If your call involves
scheduling an appointment or a prescription refill, please allow the office staff to assist you
in a timely manner.
Financial and Insurance Information
The clinic will bill your insurance company for you. We accept Medicare and Medicaid assignments, Health Sense,
Qual Med, and other HMO and managed care plans. If you have financial difficulties, payment arrangements can be
made. Charges are based on whether you are a new or established patient, level of severity and procedures performed.
If you have any questions, feel free to call the Kendrick clinic at (208) 289-3841, or the Potlatch clinic at
(208) 875-2380.
