A Custom Made Plan Just for You
A nutrition plan will be designed to meet the individual needs of each person. Through this plan, we can help you to develop sound
nutrition habits that will last a lifetime. Our experienced staff will address your individual health concerns and requirements in
order to best meet your nutrition goals. Each session include a nutrition assessment and practical personalized instruction. Economic,
social, cultural, religious and personal issues are taken into consideration. Often times, nutrition challenges affect more than just
one member of your family. For this reason, families are encouraged to participate in nutrition sessions.
Note: A physician's referral is required for a nutrition session.
