Jacques Bouchard, MD

Dr. Bouchard received a bachelor's of science in microbiology and a bachelor of arts in biochemistry from University of Iowa in 2007 and a medical degree from his doctor of medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2012. He completed a family medicine internship and residency in Puget Sound in 2013 and 2015 respectively. He was certified by the American Board of Family Practice in 2015. He served as a staff physician for the Navy from 2015 until he joined Gritman's Moscow Family Medicine clinics in 2019.
