Online Childbirth Education Class

Childbirth Education Class through InJoy (Online) – InJoy’s fully online Childbirth Education eClass is designed to provide information and resources for pregnant individuals. Education topics covered in this course:

• How to make informed healthcare decisions in birth and postpartum
• Preparation through learning the stages of labor with comfort techniques
• How to identify and communicate your birth preferences
• Feeling confident for birth and your parenting journey

InJoy also provides resources such as a hospital packing checklist, a breastfeeding and diaper log, a baby milestone tracker and more! The class in total takes approximately 6 to 8 hours to complete and can be completed at your own pace over the course of 9 months. A Gritman Medical Center Childbirth Educator will also be available to hold in-person question & answer meetings to discuss any questions that you may have.

Childbirth Q&A sessions will be available on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon on March 22, May 17, July 19, Sept. 20 and Nov. 15, 2025.

The question-and-answer session is for people who have completed the Injoy Childbirth Class and are ready to voice questions or concerns, practice labor positions, and other comfort measure strategies. This 3-hour class is focused on the needs and desires of those who are registered, so class topics are flexible.
