The Chanda Morris Memorial Junior Volunteer Scholarship

Applicants are graduating seniors and have participated in the Junior Volunteer Program at Gritman Medical Center. Applicant requirements include a contribution of a minimum of 40 documented hours to the Junior Volunteer Program. Applicants do not need to pursue a medical career to apply for this scholarship.

Application Process:

• Submit a completed application form.
• Provide a current, complete unofficial or online transcript that must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course, and term in which each course was taken. Grade reports are not accepted.
• Provide a letter(s) of reference from a teacher, counselor, principal or job supervisor.

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
