September 11, 2023 – October 16, 2023

A six-week series designed to give first-time parents an understanding of labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, postpartum education, baby care, and feeding. This course follows the Understanding Birth curriculum. Instructors use a combination of literature and multimedia teaching resources.
