This weekend class is designed to give first time parents an understanding of labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, postpartum education, baby care and feeding. Childbirth education classes require only one registration for you and your support person.
Friday 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Participants can register online or call for more information. The cost is $50 per couple.
