Where Can I See My Future Appointments?

Can I Request an Appointment With My Regular Provider in MyChart?

• If you have an established relationship with a Primary Care Provider at one of our clinics, you can request an appointment through the MyChart mobile app or the MyChart desktop patient portal.

• If you have an established relationship with a Specialty Provider and have seen them since 6/24/24 (our Epic Go-Live) or have an upcoming appointment, you may be able to request an appointment through the MyChart mobile app or the MyChart patient portal.

• If you have a referral to see one of our providers or a referral from one of our providers, please call 208-892-7507 to get you connected with the correct scheduling team.
