Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab

If you have experienced a cardiac event, our medically-supervised Cardiac Rehabilitation Program can help you reduce your risk of future heart problems. This comprehensive, physician-referred program is designed to help you recover from a heart event or heart surgery, helping you improve your energy, stamina and quality of life.

The Program Includes

• Supervised Exercise Training
• Education on Heart Healthy Living and Nutrition
• Counseling to Reduce Stress

Medicare and some insurance companies may help to cover the cost. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you have cardiac rehabilitation benefits. You will need a referral from your doctor before starting the program.

Gritman’s Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is housed in the Connie Osborn Cardiac Rehabilitation Center. The space was renamed in 2026 in honor of Osborn’s 50 years of service to Gritman Medical Center, including as the program’s founder.
