Dr. Vandenbos received an undergraduate degree in Health Science from Boise State University in 2007 and a medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in 2011. Dr. Vandenbos completed an Orthopaedic Residency at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in 2016. Dr. Vandenbos was certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2018.

Dr. Vandenbos joined Gritman’s medical staff in the fall of 2021. Prior to coming to the Moscow area, Dr. Vandenbos cared for combat wounded soldiers in Afghanistan and received the Army Commendation Medal. Outside of medicine, Dr. Vandenbos enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and six children.
