We conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years to evaluate the overall health needs of our region. The health priorities identified by Gritman Medical Center from 2026-28 Community Health Needs Assessment assessment are:

• Improve patient financial education with a focus on price transparency, financial advocacy, and assistance support.
• Grow access to primary and specialty care services through continuous recruitment of providers and optimizing appointment availability and scheduling.
• Promote mental health and well-being by leveraging strong community partnerships and integrating behavioral health services with primary care.
