Gritman Medical Center is committed to providing excellence in Health Care Services to our clients and their families. To do this, we must ensure that our Care Providers are of the highest personal and professional character. Toward this end, a background check will be conducted on all current and prospective employees, volunteers, contractors, students, and any other associated individuals having direct contact with our Hospital, Home Health and/or Hospice clients.

There is a $60.00 fee for domestic background checks. Most International student background checks are $125 unless otherwise agreed upon with your Volunteer Services representative. Please use this form or pay over the phone at Gritman Billing Services at 208-883-2224.

The background company we utilize is called Vetty. You will receive an email from them with a list of questions for the completion of the background check.
